Can I change a boost?

Yes, you can change your Boost on 1pMobile. Here’s how you can do it:

Changing Your Boost

1. Log into Your Account:
   - Go to the 1pMobile website and log into your account.
2. Navigate to Boosts:
   - Once logged in, navigate to the Boosts section of your account.
3. Cancel any existing auto-applying Boosts:
   - Check for any auto-Boosts and make sure to cancel them to stop them continuing to reapply.
4. Select a New Boost:
   - Browse the available Boost options and select the one you want to switch to.
5. 5. Apply the New Boost:
   - Follow the prompts to apply the new Boost. If you are switching from one Boost to another, the new Boost will start immediately and you may get a double allowance for a few days if you are applying the boost early.

Important Notes:

• Sufficient Credit: Ensure you have enough credit in your account to apply the new Boost. If you do not have enough credit, you will need to top up your account.
• Recurring Boosts: If you have a recurring Boost, you can change it to a different Boost. The new Boost will then recur every 30 days.
• Boost Validity: Boosts are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you change your Boost, the new Boost will also be valid for 30 days.
